Privacy Policy
Effective date: 18 September 2026
Simple 531 is developed by Martin Januska. The app does not collect, transmit, sell or share personal data with the developer or third parties. There are no accounts, ads, analytics, tracking technologies, third-party SDKs or developer-operated servers.
Data stored on your device
Your optional name, bodyweight, training settings, workout history, set logs, RPE values, accessories and notes are stored in the app’s protected local container on your iPhone. This information is used only to provide the app’s logging, calculation, charting, progression and restore features.
Backups and exports
When you copy or export text, CSV or JSON, you choose the destination through Apple’s system interfaces. Exported files and clipboard contents are outside the app’s control and are governed by the destination service’s terms and privacy policy. Your iPhone’s Apple backup settings may also include app data; Simple 531 does not operate its own cloud-sync service.
Retention and deletion
Local data remains until you erase it in More > Erase all app data or remove the app. Removing local data does not remove copies you exported or stored elsewhere. The developer cannot retrieve or delete your data because the developer never receives it.
Children
The app is not directed specifically to children and does not knowingly collect anyone’s information.
Changes
If the app’s data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before the relevant release.
